Booking Policy
Booking Deposits:
- If booked more than 7 days before arrival 1 night’s deposit will be drawn and the balance will be drawn 7 days before arrival.
- If booked less than 7 days before arrival the full amount will be drawn upon booking.
- A $200 pre-authorisation will be required on a credit card at check-in.
- Management reserves the right to override computer or system glitches.
- Special Conditions apply for weddings and functions.
Montville Country Cabins Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellation Refunds:
- If cancelled more than 28 days before arrival full refund will be given minus a $50 administration fee.
- If cancelled between 28 – 7 days before arrival the deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to resell the booking in full and if sold a $50 administration fee will apply.
- If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival the full amount of the booking will be forfeited unless we are able to resell the booking in full and if sold a $50 administration fee will apply.
- As Montville Country Cabins is a small boutique business, we cannot afford to cover your travel insurance costs, therefore, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your booking to cover unexpected circumstances.
Terms and Conditions
- Upon booking you are accepting our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation policies.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa and Direct Debits (American Express coming soon).
- Card surcharges apply.
- A credit card is required on file to confirm your booking.
- Minimum 2-night bookings apply and minimum 3-night bookings over public holidays. Single nights at management discretion and when availability allows.
- Check-in is from 3:00pm.
- If checking in after 7:00pm prior arrangement must be made with management for afterhours check-in information.
- Check-out is 11:00am.
- Montville Country Cabins facilities and accommodation are for paying guests only. Please call to discuss any intention to have visitors.
- Our accommodation is for adults only unless you are fully booking our venue and accommodation for weddings or functions.
- The balance of your stay is due 7 days prior to arrival. You authorise Montville Country Cabins to deduct the balance via the credit card provided upon booking.
- Guests are responsible to pay for all damage, loss or theft incurred during their stay.
- Cabins should be left in a clean and tidy state which includes washing up the dishes, glasses, pots and pans. A $50 charge will be applied when guests leave dishes, pots & pans etc. dirty in the sink or the cabin a mess.
- Guests are responsible for their own behaviour and for the peaceful, quiet enjoyment of other guest’s lot. In the event of unruly or boisterous behaviour occurring and security needs to be called the guest does accept responsibility for the call out fee incurred of AUD$1,250 and eviction may occur.
- Smoking and Vaping is only permitted on your deck or in designated garden areas.
- Special conditions apply for wedding and event parties.
- Strictly NO pets allowed.
- Management reserve the right to override computer or system glitches.
Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy
I agree to the Property Rules and that I am personally liable for all costs and charges incurred in the event that any such costs and charges are not paid in full and confirm that my responsibility and liability in that regard is not waived or released in any way.
Montville Country Cabins and management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto and guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such items.
I consent to the usage of my personal information for administrative and marketing purposes. The hotel guarantees not to disclose information to third parties other and affiliated companies. By signing this form, I consent to the use of my personal information for the purpose described above.
